Product description:
Hollow brick making machine is suitable to produce all kinds of hollow or solid brick & block, with all kind of raw material: Clay, shale, coal slack, fly ash etc.
Wear resistant metal spraying technology was applied to the screw, pug mill, axis of screw and seasoning, conditioning, quenching treatment make sure the body of extruder work in long life.
It is high-performance vacuum extrusion equipment for extrusion and forming of various hollow bricks made from coal gangue, shale, coal dust and other solid wastes. It is permitted to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. Its mixing reducer is equipped with hardened gears which are all grinded, and the extrusion reducer makes use of planet gears with high drive efficiency, therefore, it is the advanced vacuum extrusion equipment in the world.
