MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

1. This machine is suitable for producing all kinds of cell brick with material like gangue, shale, pulverized coal ash as well as clay.

2. The spiral cut reamer of the machine adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology.

3. The upper stage mixing shalt, the cut reamer big shaft and the up-down body etc. Are all processed with the aging, quenching, and tempering.

4. The reducer gearwheel are of the hardened tooth face.

5. The equipment can work steadily without installing foundation bolts, which can reduce the consumpution of the power.
