I. Product Introduction
Tunnel Kiln Solid Powder Fuel Burner
Brictec Tunnel Kiln Solid Fuel Burner meets the operational requirements for using various solid fuels (petroleum coke, pulverized coal, coconut shell, rice husk, biomass) as energy sources. It is suitable for automated production calcination processes in industries such as tunnel kiln firing, new energy lithium battery anode and cathode material calcination, and yellow phosphorus production.
This system is an unmanned calcination system integrating raw material metering, crushing, drying, automatic feeding, and combustion monitoring functions. It is suitable for all continuous tunnel kilns requiring top ignition for calcination.
The system consists of hardware and software components:
1. Hardware Components: Includes fuel storage silo, metering belt scale, fuel crusher, screw conveyor, dryer, dust collector, chain conveyor, and solid fuel burner.
2. Software Components: Comprises four parts: data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.
The tunnel kiln solid fuel burner can also be applied in the high-temperature carbonization calcination stage for synthetic graphite anode materials, as well as in carbonization tunnel kilns for lithium-ion battery anode materials and graphite precursors. Its calcination temperature range, heating rate, atmosphere control, and continuous operation conditions highly coincide with those of traditional brick and tile tunnel kilns. By selecting a kiln burner with a high turndown ratio, long-flame, soft characteristics, and proportional regulation, no structural modification is required. Only fine-tuning of the air-fuel ratio is needed to meet the low-oxygen, slow-heating, and high-precision constant temperature requirements of lithium battery carbonization processes, offering excellent compatibility with optimal economy and reliability.
II. Advantages of the Automatic Kiln Pulverized Coal Feeding Control System:
1. The entire system employs automatic control. Fuel feeding is automatically completed based on the temperature inside the tunnel kiln, enabling unattended automatic operation and eliminating human interference with combustion quality during production.
2. Fuel is fed on demand, ensuring combustion efficiency, reducing waste and pollution (fuel consumption can be saved by approximately 20%-30% under the same output).
3. Through precise control of each feeding point, uniform temperature is achieved throughout the tunnel kiln, ensuring even calcination of green bricks/carbon materials/synthetic graphite/lithium battery anode and cathode materials, shortening the calcination cycle, and improving production efficiency.

V. Product Performance Introduction
The Xi'an Ruitai Solid Fuel Burner is an energy-saving, high-efficiency, and simply structured tunnel kiln combustion device suitable for various kiln types, including annular kilns, tunnel kilns, and continuous calcination kilns.
The equipment uses a crushing hammer installed on the main shaft to further pulverize the fed solid fuel to 200 mesh or finer. It then delivers the fuel to each combustion/calcination point according to control requirements, working in conjunction with the temperature control system to achieve fully automated production.
