Main Parameter of Automatic loading and unloading system
We have two different choices in brick setting zone of automation: Mechanic or Robotic setting machine. The gripper unit of both is properly designed and adopts double-control of positioning. The holding force is constant, adjustable and accurate. By monitoring of signal feedback, it realizes the alignment and synchronization of gripper with kiln car and conveyor. The cushion system avoids the possibility of brick falling. The type of gripper can be personalized designed based on different production process.
Robotic setting machine
The Robotic setting machine is steady and requires less in space. It's more flexible in fitting with different kiln types and different output, also more convenience for old factories to reform existing production line.
Mechanic setting machine
The main advantage of mechanic setting machine is high stability and large in capacity. It moves steady and more convenience to repair. With cushion system, it has low possibility to drop under the same condition. It can meet requirement of brick factory with output 60 Million Bricks/Year.
