Product Description

The modular tunnel kiln adopts the method of factory production to process the kiln wall, kiln roof and other auxiliary facilities required in the construction of the tunnel kiln into standard parts, and then transport them to the construction site for assembly. It solves the long construction period of the tunnel kiln and reduces the influence of natural factors, human factors and material factors on the performance of the tunnel kiln.
1.Short Construction Period: 
Modular tunnel kiln:less than two months
Normal masonry tunnel kiln/ Hoffmann kiln:6 months-12 months
2. Saving Cost:
1). Light weight kiln body(total weight of tunnel kiln is approx. 300tons),so the foundation are simple and less concrete, while normal tunnel kiln use heavy refractory bricks which over 500 tons and need a lot of building materails.
2). Transport cost is less due to light weight.
3).Less than 10 technicians within two months construction period which could save a lot of labor cost, tickets fee, accommodation , visa fee and management cost.Normal masonry tunnel kiln or Hoffmann kiln: 40-60 technicians for construction.
3.Long Life Service: 
Modular Tunnel Kiln mainly uses multicrystal mullite which has a long life, Normal masonry tunnel kiln or Hoffman kiln with normal refractory bricks have to replace after 5 years.
4.Standardization: 
Modular tunnel kiln: It has Standard assemblies, and all the firing holes , temperaturing and monitoring holes with accurate position which ensure the accurate operation. Normal masonry tunnel kiln: Constructed by labor in the factory site, and not easy for quality control.
5.Well-Sealed,Better Insulation:
Modular tunnel kiln is more sealed than the other common kilns, and it could speed up the heating of internal kiln and increase the production.
6.Transportable:
Modular tunnel kiln is easy for dismounting and assembly. In case the raw materials of brick have been exhausted, 
the assembly kiln could be dismounted and reconstruction in other places.
