The BRICTEC Natural Gas Burner is engineered for industries that prioritize energy efficiency, reduced emissions, and environmental responsibility. By utilizing advanced combustion technology, our burner minimizes carbon footprint while delivering powerful, consistent heat-making it the ideal choice for sustainable manufacturing, food processing, power generation, and more.
Brictec ASG burner is a burner that can automatically adjust the size of natural gas and combustion supporting components according to the temperature inside the kiln. Under normal firing conditions in the kiln, the ASG burner sprays natural gas and automatically ignites with high temperature inside the kiln for firing. The burner does not have a burner controller.
Brictec ASG burners are divided into two types: ASG-1 and ASG-2.The ASG-1 burner uses jet combustion mode; The ASG-2 burner adopts a pulse combustion mode. Both ASG burners are equipped with independent electrical control cabinets, among them, the ASG-2 burner is equipped with an electromagnetic valve control system for each burner, which can control the opening time and cycle frequency of each electromagnetic valve.
