Product Description

                         DOUBLE STAGE VACCUM EXTRUDER

The baked brick machine making is suitable to produce all kinds of hollow or solid brick & block, all kind of clay, shale, coal slack, fly ash etc, many types of machine can be choosed depend on the raw material.

Wear resistant metal spraying technology was applied to the screw, pug mill, axis of screw and the body of extruder are treat with seasoning, conditioning, quenching treatment. The harden surface gear was adopted in reducer, clutch are a component with own patent, all the treatments make the machine life-saving, meanwhile the reasonable design, compact structure reduce the energy consumption, without any shaking during working, even the extruder can working normal without holding down bolt.
