Product Introduction:
The Robot setting machine is used for the setting of bricks from belt conveyer onto the kiln car in the form as customer required. Its high-performance mechanical structure and electrical control systems can ensure the setting stability and reliability. Relying on proper integration of mechanical and pneumatic lifting of grippers, the lifting process is stable without the risk of brick falling caused by inertia. The main air channel is provided with an electronic air pressure detection device which is convenient for controlling the pressure of chuck double-effect cylinder, and avoiding impacts of unstable pressure to adobe clamping (if the pressure is too high, the bricks can be damaged or fail to be gripped), and a friction torque limiter is used to keep rotation of gripper stable, and the traveling and lifting are stable and accurate in positioning under control of inverter and encoder.

Features of our Robot Setting Machine:
It Adopts Japan Yaskawa 800kg robot, flexible movement, high accuracy, large capacity, low failure rate, maintenance is very simple.
Gripper in two-in-one combo structure and can catch two sections of brick at the same time, it adopts European standard steel material and Taiwan Hiwin linear slide, Simultaneous opening and closing on both sides, strong stability.
Control system adopts Germany Rittal distribution enclosure, Simons PLC, Omron breaker and contactor and Cosmec program.

Before-sale services:

In-Sale services:

After-sale services:
(1) We will send the technicians to guide with device installation, debugging and training operators until customers are fully satisfied.

(2) Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:
1. Daily wear and tear 2.mishandling or improper operation3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
4. Consumable and spare parts.

(3) Regular visit customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with the customer's two-way communication.
