Product Description
The Chain Plate Box Feeder is a material conveying equipment used in the clay brick industry. It mainly consists of a head frame, a head cover, a driving sprocket group, a material conveying device, a middle frame, a tail frame, a reversing sprocket group, a chain - plate supporting wheel group and a driving device. Its working principle is that the driving device transmits power to the driving sprocket to drive the two plate chains surrounding the driving sprocket and the reversing sprocket to run. The chain plates are connected with the plate chains, and the materials are placed on the chain plates. With the movement of the chain plates, the horizontal or inclined transportation of materials is realized. In the production of clay sintered bricks, it is usually used to evenly and quantitatively convey raw materials such as clay from the storage bin to the subsequent processing equipment, such as mixers and molding machines.
