JKB Series extruder belongs to Semi-stiff extrusion and more suitable for soft clay area like Bangladesh and India where use pure clay in high moisture. Our extruder is high-performance vacuum extrusion equipment, which is designed to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. Its mixing reducer and extrusion reducer is equipped with hardened gears which are all grinded. It has good performance for perforated brick, hollow block, wall tiles, facade bricks and other high end wall materials extrusion.
This series of extruder is featured as low investment, high extrusion pressure, high vacuum degree, high production capacity, capable with stiff and semi-stiff extrusion with multiple clay column. It is suitable for solid brick, perforated brick, porous block made of coal gangue, shale, fly ash, furnace slag, silt, tailings and garbage.
