Scraper Reclaimer is a core equipment in clay sintered brick production for efficiently extracting materials from raw material piles (such as clay, shale, etc.). Its main components include a scraper device, traveling mechanism, frame, drive system, and control system. The working principle is as follows: the traveling mechanism moves the entire machine longitudinally along the raw material pile, while the scraper device scrapes off raw materials layer by layer from the pile surface, which then fall into a belt conveyor or chain plate conveyor below for continuous material extraction and transportation. Mainstream European and American equipment typically features automatic control functions, allowing precise adjustment of the reclaiming speed and layer thickness to meet large-scale industrial production needs.

1.Raw material homogenization:
By scraping materials from different positions layer by layer, it achieves "horizontal cutting and vertical mixing" of the stockpile, eliminating regional differences in raw material composition and providing uniform mixed materials for subsequent mixing and molding.
2.Flexible feeding:
Dynamically adjusts the reclaiming speed according to the demand of upstream production lines (e.g., the processing capacity of mixers and crushers) to avoid insufficient or excessive feeding and balance the production process.
