Product description:

1.Slug Cutter SQT500*300 is mainly used for vertically cut of column from vacuum extruder and transport clay column in equal length to powered belt conveyer. The entire working process is under automatic control of PLC.
2.Its cutting wire are pneumatically tensioned, and the tension can be adjusted directing at different products, in order to keep wire sharp, sections flat and service life of wires improved. Before cutting, a sensor equipped on the driven shaft of conveyer can feed back the speed of clay material from the extruder to the control center accurately, and the cutting frame is driven to move simultaneously with the clay, ensuring the cutting sections of column to be perpendicular to the bottom surface, and reduce the waste.
