                HORNO DE TUNEL MONTADO

DESCRIPCION Y VENTAJAS DE HORNO MONTADO:

1.Short Construction Period: 
Modular tunnel kiln:less than two month
Normal masonry tunnel kiln or Hoffmann kiln:6 month-12 month

2. Economic:
1). Light weight kiln body(total weight of tunnel kiln approx. 300tons),so the foundation are simple and less RCC, normal tunnel kiln use heavy refractory bricks which over 500 tons and need a lot of local building materails.
2). Transport cost are less due to light weight.
3). Less than 10 technicians within two month construction save a lot of labor cost,ticket fee,accomodation, visa fee and management cost.
Normal masonry tunnel kiln or Hoffmann kiln: 40-60 technician

3.Long Life: 
Modular tunnel kiln: Mainly use multicrystal mullite are long life
Normal masonry tunnel kiln or Hoffmann kiln: normal refractory bricks have to replace after 5 years.

4.Standardization: 
Modular tunnel kiln: standard assemblies, all the firing holes, temperaturing and monitoring holes with accurate 
position which ensure the accurate operation.
Normal masonry tunnel kiln: construction by labor in the factory site,not easy for quality control.

5.Well-sealed,better insulation: 
Modulartunnel\kiln: wellsealed than the other common kilns, 
and it could speed up the heating  of internal kiln and  increase the production. 
 
6.Transportable: Assembly tunnel kiln is easy for dismounting and assembly. 
Incase the raw materials of brick have been exhausted, the assembly kiln could be dismounted and reconstruction in other places.
