1). High efficiency: Speed up for green brick drying than the natural air drying.
2). Energy saving: Waste heat from kiln, it could recovery the waste heat from kiln.
3). No influence by the bad weather, even in raining and wet/cold weather, could continuously operation for green brick
4). Saving your area and labor: If use dryer, it will use small area and labors than natural air drying.
5). It should have dryer, when you need cell brick with high hole rate or clay material.
6). Drying chamber is used together with kiln. It can speed up drying bricks taking the energy from the kiln, the production will not be influenced by rainy season or low temperature, such as in Bangladesh, India, Russian etc.


Advantage: this kind of dryer: high automatic, every brick would be dry efficiently, because the brick and brick no touch and stacking together which will be easy to produce high quality brick. This chamber dryer is easy to produce all kinds of brick, such as solid brick, hollow brick, because each layer bar is could be adjust, the brick product size could flexible adjustment, it is no limited of brick size. Every chamber temperature and moister could be automatic control and adjustment. it is always be used for European country to do the high quality brick with very beautiful uniform color. Disadvantage: because separate chamber which need more machinery for system operation, also for the drying bar need spend some money; the people has to come into chamber with driving to the finger car , environment should be clean, hence we need requirement on the fuel, we need use coal gas or natural gas, chamber door open and cloth will loose many heat.
