Product Introduction:
Vacuum extruder equipment is mainly used for extrusion of various brick types make of clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash as raw materials. It can also be used for extrusion of high end building materials like fiber cement panels, split brick, tile and ceramic pipe etc.Introduce from KWS company of Germany and receives the permission to produce in China with GFK trademark according to German standard.
This series equipment is well made in compact structure, good forming performance, high production efficiency, low power consumption, under the same extrusion pressure and production situation, it saves 20% of energy comparing with common vacuum extruder. 

  


Product Features :
1. Auger:
1) Welded by wear resistant electrode, this auger could be reusable; Spraying wear-resistant metal materials (the hardness is 7 times of normal one), which ensure a long service life of auger. 

2) High chromium casting material with High wear resistance feature, It has a long service life for producing 24 million bricks. 
2. Gear reducer  
It is adopted the high_quality alloy steel materials which is manufactured with carburizing, quenching, grinding process, Level-6 grade precision, the hardness is up  to HRC54~62 with feature of high loading capacity and long service life. 
3. Shaft:
It is adopted the Chinese top quality shaft material: 40Cr or marketing code 45, all the material with heat treatment ,which has advantages of good wear resistance, large transmission torque and long service life. 
 
4. Bearing 
   All bearing shall be adopted the international famous brand Timken Bearing and Chinese famous brand Hawaluo bearing etc.
